In our first episode, Drs. Megan & Hailey Arnold interview the brilliant Sarah Ballantyne, PhD. Best known as the creator of ThePaleoMom.com, Dr. Ballantyne uses her knowledge as a medical researcher and scientist to create user-friendly nutritional resources for the general public. She has written several definitive guides to the Paleo Diet, the Autoimmune Protocol, and the gut microbiome. As a mom, she is well-versed in handling food sensitivities and aversions, too.
In this episode, Dr. Ballantyne teaches us about her new framework, Nutrivore, which seeks to grade foods based on their nutritional qualities.
We are also thrilled she could tell us about her current campaign to rebuild her websites. You see, some malicious hackers are holding multiple sites for ransom, and her amazing site happens to be one of them. We know the power of her resources, as we use them with our own patients.
