Best known as the creator of ThePaleoMom.com, Dr. Ballantyne uses her knowledge as a medical researcher and scientist to create user-friendly nutritional resources for the general public. She has written several definitive guides to the Paleo Diet, the Autoimmune Protocol, and the gut microbiome. As a mom, she is well-versed in handling food sensitivities and aversions, too.
